2024 Holiday Angels

Farmington Youth Assistance and FPS’s Community Support Services are hosting the Holiday Angels Program to provide essential support to families in need during the holiday season. The program specifically aims to assist children aged 13 to 18. Applications are being accepted until November 15th, 2024. Here is the application.

Holiday Angels 2022Farmington Youth Assistance is accepting applications for its Annual Holiday Angels program now through Friday, November 18th, 2022. This program provides holiday assistance for youth ages 13-17 (or high school senior) in the community who fulfill the criteria listed below. Please complete the form carefully by providing correct information and by signing the disclaimer below.
Please keep in mind, we don’t receive any electronic goods such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, computers.
